We need a simple application acting as a shortcut of the native default LockScreen App. In Android there's Screen Security settings that includes 1. Screen Lock 2. Owner Info Screen Lock = register a security code for phone/tablet to prevent direct access to the phone. The screen lock can be None, Slide, Pattern, PIN, Password. By default Android comes with None or Slide. Owner Info = Show owner info on lock screen. The app should be a shortcut of the above functions and not a 3rd party application where we can remotely control the LOckscreen to be removed via Android Device Manager or other MDM apps.
