Fully set up software on a Windows 8.1 PC using TeamViewer, to create a programming environment from scratch,

- specifically install latest versions of Eclipse, ADT, NDK, Cocos2d-x, Google Services, and anything else that may be necessary to make or import, modify and export a cocos app, to make an apk;

- then show me how to create the two cocos apk's (if it is different from the standard non-engine way), from the code you gave me.

I will use a screen recorder to record this also. We will need to make a mutually convenient time, but I am fairly flexible.
