Publish PhoneGap Build app to Apple App Store. -- 2

We have an existing, fully functional Cordova/PhoneGap App built using PhoneGap build. It is already available on Google Play - [login to view URL] But since we are a non-US company it is proving really difficult for us to get a developer account to get it onto the Apple store and we can't wait any longer. We are looking for a reputable company, with an existing Apple developer account, that would be prepared to publish this App for us under your own account. You have to have a couple of reputable Apps on the store already, so please do not bid if you don't since our App will be linked to your name. We will supply the ZIP file we used for PhoneGap build and you have to build it for iOS and get the App published. Please indicate the expected turn-around time in your bid.
