I need an app to be developed for both iOS and Android, where the mobile users can use the app to identify the measurements/dimensions of a grocery container probably by switching on the back camera of the mobile device. In your response, I expect you to explain the logic behind the development of the app, technology used to build the app, duration of the development, app limitations/pre-requisites/requirements while using, and anything else you can provide to win the bid. Only serious bidders who have the capability of meeting the requirements, please bid. Please expect that any partial payments can be made only after a logical point in the app development is reached. This means that no payment in advance can be made. Successful bidder must sign a Non-disclosure agreement to work on the project, and must agree to keep the discussions, messages and files confidential.

Hi, I like your app idea. I have a small team of android and iOS developers, I personally do iOS development. My last project on android is a Lock screen advertisement based on GPS location and we had to design our own algorithm using haversine formula to fulfill the project requirement which was a good experience. My current project on iOS is for a US client and project is similar to American Idol on iPhone app. I am fine that you need not pay me unless you get to see the work, but i would appreciate if you pay a small initial milestone equal to freelancer fees as it is billed to me as soon as i'll accept the project.
