Mobile aplication for reading offline books

Idea App purpose is to give user android app for online and offline books reading from our web site source. General Appneed to work in online and offline mode. All text and urls need to be placed in language file, so we can easy change labels and urls. Android compatibility from version 4.4 - 7.x All desing files are ready and will be provided. App is very similar to Bubble. If you want you can use source parts, you can find it on github. Any sugestion for more user expirience better solution is wellcome. Terms Developer need to be maximal focused on project, do most testing and debuging on his side and on daly basic send apk files for fine tuning preview. After app fin finished and apk tested developer need to send us android studio source files, so we can check code stuctire and implementation and on end publish it on play store on our side. Pls dont bid company, only end developers for head to head comunication. We know what we want, but have sometimes bad expirience with some developers. Dont lose your and our time, read first doc, make plan and be concentrated to work, take all scenarios and have as much as possible bug free app, before send it to us. 50% of Milesone will be created and transfered after we get final apk and full 100% of payment will release after we get souce code and publish it on Google Play.
