Develop an Android & OS Scanning Solution

I am interested in receiving quotes for a scanning application for Android and OS that is also viewable and editable on a desk top. The application and scanning device must work similar to a face recognition phone application that recognizes the different faces. The application however must be able to scan and isolate each face (or in this case bar code), group those bar codes by the different types and count the numbers for each group. The application must be able to next, produce a shopping list based on the barcode and produce description (existing as part of the bar code) for printing. The Application Shall: • The application will create baseline profiles of the ideal products within the photo frame (area being scanned). From this profile, all future scans will be compared. • The profile must be editable to allow the user the opportunity to edit the profile’s contents. • From this profile the application will scan the product bar codes and identify products and counts being scanned and compare those products and counts against the profile. Differences are identified and the shopping list is produced based on the products that are not available in comparison to the profile. This information must be stored in a database that retains this information until archived. While not part of this project, this information will be used for reporting purposes and therefore key information to be defined, must be captured and retained.
