Create program to collect Iphone IMEI # when I plug in iphone to Mac computer

Hello, I purchase used iphones and need an easy way to capture the IMEI number from the phone. I would like a program created that will capture a phones IMEI number when I plug the phone to the mac notebook computer that the program is running on. Once the program knows the IMEI I would like it to save the IMEI to a .csv file for later import into a spreadsheet. Also, I would like to be able enter a starting inventory tag number to be linked to the first phone that I connect and then the program will sequentially increase the number by 1 every time a new phone is plugged in. The inventory tag number should also go to the .csv file. The end result is a program that I first enter an inventory tag number, then I plug in an iphone and the program captures the IMEI from the phone. The program then creates a .csv file with the first column the starting inventory tag number and the second column the IMEI number. The program gives me some indication that the IMEI is recorded and it is OK to disconnect the iphone and provides an optional button to stop the program. Then I unplug the first iphone...When I plug in the second iphone the program increases the inventory tag number by one and captures the IMEI for the second phone and appends the second inventory tag number and second IMEI number to the original .csv file as the second row. The program gives me an indication that the second IMEI is recorded and it is ok to disconect the iphone and again provides an optional button to stop the program. The process repeats for every iphone I plug in until I stop the program. If for some reason the serial number is easier to capture than the IMEI number then that can be used instead of IMEI.
