Create one ViewPager based tab control with workflow using mock data

We are looking for Android UI expert to create one tab control and implement workflow with in-memory mock data. There are 5 tabs within the control - each tab contains layout on which workflow to be implemented. The control will be placed inside an existing app. We will provide the data structure classes. You need to create mock data with these classes for development. There are two reusable components that should be developed as a separate component. We need specific tab layout and tab title text animation.
