Need to have a nice looking front end mobile web page with below properties:- 1. Read users location, device and OS. 2. Read XML content and display only relevant data as per users location and OS. 3. Easily editable and upgradable backend files 4. System for adding images / text and editing the looks of same on webpage. 5. FB / Twitter / Instagram / Pintrest and other social media 1 click share service. 6. Incentivizes the user to share the page by opening a new content of the day kind of feature. We have hosting and domain and we need help to understand what best to do with it in case we expect a lot of traffic.
