sounds like the cms is a web application; it would need to have a setting on frequency to crawl; the crawled data will have images already; so admin would not need to add images; so you would need to have a web server setup for the cms; the cms would have an admin page that shows current list of games; the admin would have ability to select games to publish ; crawled games contain a content rating that can is mapped to different age groups; i would to know more details before giving an estimate on hours;
