Chat App Cum-Social-Media Community Development for Android

I need an Android app. I already have a design for it, I just need it to be built. Only experienced people should bid here. Will give 100 USD as advance after you show us the Apk and its getting approved. Please don't waste my time in asking for advance payment without quality sample work. Design a cool logo first in the name of NamoApp Using some photograph of any of the politician in India or lets say Our Hon'ble PM Sh. Narendra Modi. Features I need in android app This task for android and iphone app. 1. Politicians account- they can upload their biography politician can update own biography. and update own recent place visiting 2. User - can mark their favourite politicians and read their biography and veiw near by visits 3 - All users chat openly. 4 - User could chat one to one. 5 - Users could chat to favourite politician. 6 - Politicans could reply to users. 7 - Admin can block user. 8 - Video calling/Voice Calling - one to one Like imo. 9. All the users should be connected to one database available on our server and Web Services should be developed. 10. Sign Up and Sign in Button using Facebook, Gmail, Twitter and other social media platforms. 11. For Otp authentication, You need to use twitter texts. 12. It should be competible to all the android versions and iphone versions.
