Build an application based on android and ios

The aim of this part of project is to put in place a mobile application which can perform the following functions (broadly) a. Track the location of Team w.r.t bridge in real time b. Link the inspection schedule with the personnel (Team Leader, Asst. TL, TMC) c. General project related information / data What we want from the App: 1. Should be able to track 10-15 people in real time (Show it on a same page) preferably on Google maps 2. Should be able to show location of each team w.r.t their assigned bridge 3. Admin should be able to define the team and assign them the bridges – if this can be done thru and excel sheet over the internet 4. There should be a tab to store critical project information and admin should be able to flash mesg. in that. Further information will be given to the freelancer who will be doing this project, and the person should know how to to integrate geo-tagging in it.
