I need an SDK to change the operator ring tone (operator ring back tone) to selected music. App developers should be able to use the SDK to add this feature in their apps. Documentation and a dummy app for test is needed. SDK after installation should be able to connect to a server to send the usage stats and get the new music. I need the source code so I can edit it if necessary. This is the first project and more to come. I will send you the details.
