Hi there , I have understood the requirement. I request you to please SHARE the concept / wire-frame / blue print of the prototype so that I can offer you the BEST deal. The sequence of the development will be:- 1. Creating a Wire-frame for all the screens with its features and functions 2. Some initial mock-ups will be created to get approved for the final screen designing. 3. All the designs will be cut for the screens. 4. Development of the web-services or API will be done for the purpose of creating , saving and retrieving the data from the server. 5.
