Antivirus for Android

We want to build an app for Android. Here are the requirements: 1. It will provide security to android devices 2. It will have antivirus (you can use a third party antivirus engine available on the market) 3. It will have antitheft feature 4. Memory optimizer feature is needed 5. Backup feature (to backup contacts) 6. Block call feature 7. Block SMS feature 8. Feature to optimize memory 9. Battery saver feature 10. Network statistics feature You must have done this type of application or at least somewhat similar app before. I need a time estimate and total cost to build this app. I plan to hire someone in the next 24 hours (provided I receive reasonable bids). We want to start work next week. The project will be divided into following parts/phases: 1. R&D 2. Designing of app screens 3. App programming 4. Testing 5. Bug fixes 6. Deployment on client's servers What I need from you: 1. Total time to build this app 2. Total cost to build this app 3. What features can you build in the first 2 months? Provide list of features that you will build in the first 2 months. That will be phase 1. Provide list of features that you will build in phase 2 and time duration for phase 2. You will have to sign an NDA. I understand providing accurate estimates is not possible without doing some kind of R&D therefore I want you to provide a rough estimate based on your experience of building such applications. I will discuss the project in detail with the shortlisted bidders. You will get time to do R&D. To get shortlisted, you have to provide what I have requested above. Of course you can google the requested features to get an idea of time and effort and combine that with your experience and knowledge to provide the estimates. Based on your performance, I will retain you for maintenance as well.
