very simple android and iOS app -

Hello, I need a very simple application made for both iOS and Android. I've done a ton of applications (lots of mobile ones as well) so I have a good idea of how long this should take. Someone should be able to produce a beta version of this in 3 weeks easily. The functionality will be very simple We will provide a screen that has a list of items for sale. You can click on one of the items and get the item page. On the item page, you can add to cart (and select quantity). You can then see your cart and checkout. Then the order will be placed and delivered to the location where the order was made from (gps). The user will either need to have a card on record and it will immediately process the order or it will ask them to add their credit card There will be an account details page with (profile, profile pic, credit card, active delivery, previous deliveries) You will need to make the simple web interface for changing the items that will be available for sale
