I need to develop a location based app for iPhone and Android phones only. It would be a LBS restaurant / cafe finder. It would use local GPS facility of the phone to locate the restaurant. The app would work as a push notification so instead to look for a restaurant manually the app should pop up names on the map with the radius of 500m - 1Km. Only those names would pop up who have registered with us before. A web portal needs to be develop as well for the merchant and for the admin to add and edit the details of merchants.
