Develop an App that works with iPhone and Android

Need to develop an app that could use different functions on smart phone. these functions include, E-mail, Calendar, SMS, Phone, GPS, Phone and Scheduler. The App is supposed to be used to do project management from start to end of the project. The projects in question are basically spread over different sites within a geographical area. A typical project starts with a meeting with the client, taking down notes, requirements, deadlines, images thru camera, scanner or email or bluetooth. The start and deadlines are defined in the scheduler. Milestone are defined too. The project team visits sites, takes pictures, giving exact location and route direction thru GPS and sends automatically to the cloud to be shared with different stakeholders. The project leader gives these details to the production department for evaluating the cost and timelines. The project leader involves purchaser to procure material with delivery timelines and dependencies. Once the material is delivered, the production starts. The project leader follows up progress with production in charge thru email which are copied to different stakeholders as per requirement and responsibility for example the accounts department is copied on procurement costs and release of funds but not on production progress. Once the products are produced the customer is informed and asked to arrange permissions to install the products at their sites. Once the permissions are received the project leader executes the deployment phase. During deployment the pictures are taken and final report is generated which is sent to Accounts for invoicing.
