We require an industry specfic iPhone / Android App that allows the user to take photos of the repair work they require. Photo's and orther informaton are then sent to repairers in the local area to bid of the work.

A website is also required with the same functionality.

There will be a directory of repairers, each with there own profile page. Rating system and comments.
