I need to create a webform to be used on a mobile device. This webform will have an address field, notes field, 2 photo fields and an email field. Once all fields are populated, clicking the submit button will send an email to that specified email address. The email will contain the photos as attachments, address as the subject, and notes as the body of the email. This needs to be able to be used on both android and iOS. It needs to be free.
