Write an Android application chatt room

Hi I need a chat room to use in all android and phones systems something like chat room viber or line.. can share the movies and pictures and texts (no need for voice) can make different groups groups for selling items groups for information and teaching forum need to search all of the chat room or specific group save all data log in administrator PC can add future what may we will need will pay 100$ for this job
