Write an Android application (Qualified People Only Please)

Develop mobile device application. The application would be called “Slap Stick”. The purpose of the app is for entertainment. Scope: This app would be able to take a picture or upload an existing picture. you then would be able to select from a menu which item you would like to use to “slap” the picture with. The user would be able to touch an area of the picture, then the action of the item would come across the screen. The picture would then show bruises and blood, depending where the user placed their mark to hit the picture. The items for the base install of the app would be 6 items: stick, baseball bat, hockey stick, hand, fist, police baton. The effects would pretty much be the same for all of them. From here, I would like to have add on items. We would offer different packs of 3 items for $0.99 each and to start with, have 4 additional packs. Pack one would include: brass knuckles, sock with a roll of quarters, fist that appears to have been dipped in glue and glass. Pack two: beer bottle, hand wrapped in barbed wire and old home telephone. Pack three: frying pan, Tennis shoe and boxing glove. Pack four is the adult package (literally): a huge black penis, a regular sized penis and a double headed dildo. Hopefully, with the expanded packages, we can make the bruising and blood slightly different and maybe even a little more…gruesome? I would like the price to be to upload to Android. We can also see what a price would be to eventually develop and release through Apple. Let me know if you think the base package should be just 3 items instead of six, and just make a 5th add on package. if that is the case, the base package would be: stick, hand, fist. the 5th add on would be the “sports package” of baseball bat, hockey stick and police baton.
