An android app I can customize in appearance(visual design). The important thing is the search engine I want it to have. I want to user to have several options in search, either select a among a range of predetermined search results(perhaps from drop down menus), write in keywords and have the engine search the data, or select an advanced search where the user provides more info, like numbers, additional info... A fourth option is to access the archives directly. I want to be able to add(and remove) documents in the archives and give them tags, like a category, sub-category and relevant keywords so the search engine can find them easily, and for some documents make a "cross-reference document" that explains how they interact with each other. I want to be able(the program able to) to highlight sections in the documents relevant to the searches, and a range of other stuff. Also, I'd like a contact me button or something, an about section and other stuff. Would be nice if the app requires a username or something, so I can limit others from using in if they haven't subscribed. I have no idea what this kind of stuff costs. The knowledge area is law, I want to simplify law for the average consumer, while also providing access to consultants (Mostly myself) for example. Would be nice if I can give other people whom I select authority/permission to edit in the documents/archives.
