Mobile App Development

Hello, I have a client that is interested in two mobile (including tablets) apps (one a free basic version and the other with more features). Both apps have to work on any mobile platform. I am open to consider native, hybrid and html5. I am only considering experienced and proven mobile app developers that have great documented experience and ratings on Freelancer.com. I have a very small Web development company and i would like to offer app development services (which i haven't until now) so the chosen programmer for this project will get multiple work from me if the work is completed well and required. Please do not bid if you are not 100% sure that you can deliver all of the functionality noted. Ask any questions you might have about the functionality required for the two apps so that you are 100% clear on what has to be completed. I have a designer and php programmer (in India) and my designer would create the design require so selected programmer will not need to do much if any design work. Generous bonus given to selected programmer that finishes the work correctly and on time but please also note that this project will be canceled (with no money paid) if the whole project isn't completed as noted with deliverables (work completed throughout development process) required at different stages. I'm guessing that there will be about 10/15% more work besides what is noted in this project that will offer more work and payment to the selected professional. Additional work outside of what i have noted in this project will cost extra that i will just confirm with you as we do the job/work. Once again please make sure that you can do this work 100% before bidding. I will do my part by paying a excellent bonus and hiring you for more work on this and other jobs. Also, note that i am not rich so high bids will not be considered.
