Design Selector App

Hello, I Want to get created a "Design Selector App". An App to Select Design from a Bank of 5000 Designs. Aspects: 1. our 10-15 Designer who will Contribute close to 500-600 Designs Each. so 5000-7000 Designs 2. These Designs will be Categorized into 10 (assumption) Categories will "Wooded, Metallic, Single Color, Kids Design etc" 3. We want a simple interface, where a user can easily browse through and select designs. 4. It has to be simple like marketplace app of windows, where user have categories like "games, business, social, news", in the same way the "design selector app" should have simple categorization and seamless browsing. Features 1. Order the Designs (using credits) 2. Short List Designs, 3. Zoom in. 4. Page view of 2-3 designs, Large Icons, Small Icons. 5. Compare Designs 6. Short Details of each design like "Desginer Name, dimensions etc. We want this app in all 3 platforms, android (phone and tablet), iphone (also ipad) , windows
