Mobile App: Kitchen Scales - Weight Measuring
---------------------------------------------------------------------------
Using real-time data from a small electronic scale (0-3kg, in 1 g increments), you are needed to design a mobile (Android and iPhone) application (including user interface and feature set) to record, manage, calculate and graph the weight of items placed on the scale.
This is a proof of concept and requires the following in order for you to demonstrate your an understanding of the project:
- simple yet stylish interface design,
- a logical and easy to use workflow,
- comprehensive weight data management (record, calculate, graph, etc), and
- a useful and relevant list of features.
The interface graphic design does not have to be polished at this stage, however high functionality (or placeholders for intended features) and a logical operator work flow are essential.
If you demonstrate your clear understanding of the concept and do a good job (and perhaps even enhance the feature set with your own ideas) there is more to come.
Here are some examples of user interfaces (UI)/colour schemes that would be considered for the final product*:

My web solution would work in everything web browsers and also in mobile browsers includes Android and iPad, iOS devices.
My work strategy is to give regular status updates and intermediate versions whenever required. Let me know if you are OK with my bid.
I will develop design and screen mock ups first and after get go -ahead from you, I will start developement. I will also give complete schedule for the development and testing with intermediate versions well before I start development.
