Build csipsimple android app with different silk codec frame lengths 40ms, 60ms, 80ms or better add a option menu in csipsimple settings to change silk frame length time.

UPDATE

No need for any GUI settings.
Needs to be based on latest CSipSimple trunk currently v414
Change the default SILK Codec ptime to five different modes 20ms, 40ms, 60ms, 80ms and 100ms.
Needs to work with all SILK modes (8khz, 12khz, 16khz and 24khz).
Provide the source code diff patch files for all 5 modes.

Please do not bid over budget.
