Make Windows 10 Update work with DCOM Default Authentication Level set to None

We have a legacy program (not changeable) that will work correctly only if DCOM Default Authentication Level is set to "None". However, some Windows 10 Updates fail to install unless DCOM Default Authentication Level is set to "Connect". Do you have a workaround?
