I am an IT consultant for an MSP so fully capable of working with AD and Exchange. Please confirm how many the AD infrastructure - ie the sites that you have, how they physically interconnect and what is/isn't working. Please also confirm the Exchange infrastructure as it relates to those sites. Admin access to all AD/Exchange servers will be necessary.
