Single document Summarization

I need to implement two algorithm and then code it and merged becoming a new single algorithm therefore one single program The algorithm is for a summarization of a single documents base on already existing algorithm ( name of the algorithm will be disclosed in one on one chat) The second part will be sentence compression of the result of the first algorithm. I can provide help and the math behind both of algorithm. You need to be very good at machine learning, statistical and Algorithm. And understanding of Natural Language Processing will be a very good plus. This is for an iOS app.
