Calculate statistics from standard 2x2 matrix

The task is to write code that calculates some statistics from standard 2x2 matrix: rows: positive test, negative test. columns: real positive, real negative The code can be in Python, C#, C++ or Java The needed statistics are: Sensitivity, specificity, Prevalence, Liklihood ratio, Positive Predictive Value, Negative Predictive Value, Odds ratio, Relative risk. For each, also a 95% confidence interval must be calculated. You must be familiar with those terms and with confidence intervals. Please submit the formula you will use for 1 + the formula to calculate its confidence interval if you apply for this project. Please write clearly that you are familiar with _all_ these standard values and know how to calculate their confidence intervals.
