Sales / Marketing / Tele-Marketer required for our Productions Shows and Event Bookings

We are seeking 6 professional friendly, sales driven individuals to promote, sell and book tickets for our events, productions and shows to number of clientele across Australia, USA, and London. \r\n \r\nTo be successful you must have: \r\n \r\n* Experience in selling products over the telephone.\r\n* Experience in phone sales outbound, where you were the salesperson, selling an item to customers (not retail sales).\r\n* The ability to read, write and speak English fluently and articulate. \r\n* Computer skills and/or be computer literate.\r\n* Be able to use Microsoft Office Products, in particular Excel, to generate reports for the Company KPIs. \r\n* An understanding of customer relation management software/databases. \r\n* Excellent communication skills and possess outstanding phone skills. \r\n* A high level of determination, motivation and dedication to education, sales and promotions.\r\n* The ability to work unsupervised.\r\n* Initiative and possess problem solving skills\r\n* Attention to detail\r\n* Communication skills\r\n* Sound computer skills\r\n* Accurate written and numerical skills\r\n* Strong work ethic\r\n* Access to Skype and a have high speed internet for VOIP phone calls\r\n\r\n \r\nYour Duties will include: \r\n* Calling and speaking to customers on our database that range from Teachers, Secretaries, Principal and Educational Staff.\r\n* Selling our shows and products to schools across Australia. \r\n* Booking shows. \r\n* Cold calling to generate leads or new contacts.\r\n* Be available to answer calls for an 8 hour shift, which will be rostered. Shifts will commence between 8:00am and 8:00pm AEST.\r\n\r\nWhile we will provide you with all the details, contact phone numbers and names, the position predominately involves a great deal of telephone sales to our clients at schools, government agencies, businesses, festival coordinators, and promoting, selling and marketing our educational shows over the telephone. Therefore you must enjoy working on the phones all day and being efficient with time management.\r\n \r\nThe position can be very demanding at times when dealing with our clientele base. As such the successful applicant must be able to stay focussed on the job and KEEP ON SMILING.\r\n \r\nWe are offering the successful applicants 10% commission on every successful booked event. With our show prices ranging from $1,800 to $4,500, and our current staff booking approximately 4-5 shows per week, the successful applicants could earn between $720 to $1,800 per week, if they are determined, work hard and are diligent.
