OUR PROJECT We are currently in an advanced stage of the development of our web/mobile properties management website. So essentially, we have to look at the critical issues relating to Business and business development model/strategy for the website to the global property/real estate market. OUR OBJECTIVE We intend to give our company an international appeal and outlook. We are seeking to write a Business Plan to assist us raise funds from international funding Equity Investor Participators and Angel Investors for our Real Estate/Properties Management Online Portal. So we expect that this Business plan written would be used as a pitch to raise funds from prospective international investors. PHASE 1 + Preparation of detailed Business Plan with Financing forecasting for 5 years with revenue model/cash flow statement, P & L, Balance Sheet, Start Up Plan & Funding forecasts. With the Creation of a short video (3 – 5 Minutes) narration which we can embed on any website of the prospective investors platforms we would have our pitch. PHASE 2 + Registration of a company in UK, USA or Canada for the purpose of the sourcing of funds, with provisions for Nominee Directors on the Board for the company. PHASE 3 + Identification of Credible Equity, Angel Investors & Crowd Funding platforms around the United Kingdom, United States of America & Canada + assistance in sourcing for funding via these platforms The Freelancer must be willing to show us capacity for these tasks in the past especially in the Web/Mobile/IT sectors. The successful Freelancer must be willing to sign our Non-Disclosure Agreement. Thanks.
