I need phone numbers capable of verifying twitter accounts

I need phone numbers capable of verifying twitter accounts. Twitter requires that you text "GO" to "40404". So I need numbers, even international numbers. Mobile phones work great when texting "GO" to 40404, but other places on the web such as TextNow, pinger etc. will not text to 40404. When trying, they'll say "40404 is not a real number, please enter another". So if you can find me a solution to getting phone numbers to verify twitter accounts, or cheap sim cards, or phone verified twitter accounts. My goal is to phone verify 60+ twitter accounts, by entering the phone number into the [login to view URL] account, then texting "GO" to 40404. They then recognize that I am the owner of that phone number and verify the twitter account.
