MAGENTO Guy/Girl Needed for small/quick project

I have an issue with logging in to my admin. When I change the password, it won't let me back in at all with the new password. I just changed it due to some work being finished with other programmer and now I can't get back in with old pass or new pass. (this was a problem b4 and not from that programmer) I had someone get me in last time I changed it. I don't know what he did and he obviously didn't fix the problem, just got me back in with a password that worked. I can't get a hold of him and I'm looking for a new Magento Pro to also use for future projects. Basically, I need to be able to get back in to my admin AND fix it so I can change the password and still get back in when I do rather then hire someone to get me back in. Need to keep this on the Cheap End PLEASE. Person that can do this with confidence and bids lowest will win this job. Thank You For Your Consideration, Keith
