I have a simple module that fails to run the install script. I would like some body to please test this module to see why it doesn't run and make the corrections and modifications please. Please also write an explanation as to what was wrong with the code. In addition, pay attention to the .sql file as it needs to add FOREIGN KEYS and a CONSTRAINT. I have attached full documentatoin for how the module should function so please take care to look at it.
