Create vector from (low quality) jpg file.

Hi there,
I am looking for someone long term. My client is looking for a reliable party (might be business, might be a single person) that can help him for now and the future.
He sometimes receives very low-quality logos, and he needs someone to change these logo's to a vector file (.ai or .eps).
Important requirements:
- You need to be a real designer (no online jpeg to vector conversion)
- We require a personal approach as this is about more than just one logo)
- You understand that the logo's might be bad quality, and you might need to perform actual design work.
- You understand the trade and know when we ask for corrections.
For this logo we require someone to transfer this to a vector. This means removing shadows, possibly hand-touch some letters.
I am an experienced freelancer and employer on this site. If you wish to show your previous work, please do not add more than 3 examples. Any bids with more examples will removed. These 3 examples should only be jpg/png to vector conversions (with a clear before: and after: picture).
