To set up Cloud9 on my personal server

I'm trying to set up running Cloud9 on my personal server, Ubuntu 16.04.

I use ufw(server) and Airmac(router) for Firewall.

I opened the default port 8181 to access to cloud9 on my server.

I read this article, and now I can run Cloud9 on my local network.

But I cannot access from my domain.

I have a global address for the domain.

Maybe I need to fix some parts about apache2.

I don't know much about apache, so I'd like you to support to solve this issue.

I'd appreciate your help.
