ok first of all a good email setup takes time as an expert will use lots of domains and more ips plus FBLs etc take time, a scammer can make steup ready in few hours. To send around 600k if you lists are not that bad you need around 70 ips. I will setup DKIM, Domain Keys, SPF, FBLs etc etc all for you. You will need to arrange yourself Cpanel, PMTA, Interspire ( I recommend oempro) I do not provide any cracks etc. Regards usman

I do realize you will get bids of ridiculous low amounts for the amount of coding that is needed to develop this type of site, mostly from people who do not know 100% they can complete the work.
