I want you to create me a ubuntu image configured to do a captive portal using Ubuntu, NodeJS, and Nginx.
What is a captive portal ([login to view URL]):
It is a network that hosts a DHCP server that will assign a private IP addresses, a private gateway, and a private DNS server.
For example a client connected to the exposed network will get [login to view URL] as its IP and its GW and DNS will be 192.168.0.1.
The DNS server will return [login to view URL] for all DNS queries as such the client will be redirected to a Nginx instance on that host where a web page will be served to the client.
The web server needs to be configured with a whitelist of domains that will always be returned HTTP 200 with a string of "Success" in it. For example this would include:
This will trick the device into thinking it is connected to the internet and keep it displaying the captive portal page.
This whole task should be mostly configuration, there is a DNS server in node ([login to view URL]) and a DHCP server as well ([login to view URL]).
The deliverable will be an image I can load into Parallels on my mac that allows me to do testing of the active portal scenario with iPhones. It does not need to be "product quality" but it does need to be auto-start and work with an iPhone.
I need this within the next 24-48 hours.

Hello Mate, A senior systems engineer with 3 years of industry experiences. I have done this with Ubuntu 14.04 + Coovachilli. What it does is, grant internet access to the users who check in for a particular Facebook page. (Basically this is a customized solution for a swiss client.) I used Coova deamon+FreeRadius+Apache+MySQL database in order to achieve this goal. If it fits for you, I can deliver you a VMware image. Thanks!
