bulk email interspire

I have similar criteria for a another project on here, but smaller scale - so will reuse some criteria We are looking for an expert in Bulk Email Marketing with INTERSPIRE. Ideally you have your own email server or know how to set one up for bulk emails. We want someone who is experienced in setting up an email server (using Interspire) that is able to handle: - at least 50,000 emails per day - should be able to use multiple rotating IP addresses (Minimum 5) - optimize MySQL Server for operations with Interspire Email Marketer - the use of multiple SMTP servers must be supported - setup of maximum emails processed per SMTP per hour must be supported - Inbox must have a high rate - Interspire System Architecture and Configuration - OS: Linux - Need Load balancing system - Multiple MTA, MTA Rotation - IP Rotation - Send Loop - ISP complaints loop - Email authentication: Domain key, Dkim, SPF, Sender ID - Budget negotiation We are CAN-SPAM compliant but our lists, although opt-in, are aged so we will likely have some spam complaints. We are looking for a solution that wont shut us down due to complaints and if the IP is blacklisted then they can provide us with additional rotating IPs. You have to remove the blacklisted IPs. Please bid only if you have experience in this and know what is involved in setting up an email server with rotating IPs. Your Bid is for 1 Month included the full System, your Work and Service. It will also be your job to source a suitable VPS, and you should know about warming up IP addresses.
