I require someone to set up a VirtualBox appliance with Ubuntu 12.04 Desktop with PCI-pass-through to Nvidia GPU cards and configured to use the gputools in R. Note: This is to access the Nvidia GPU cards on the hardware directly.
According to some documentation, you must have a motherboard with IOMMU to obtain PCI-pass-through in VirtualBox (if it turns out not to be possible in VirtualBox, I would accept a VMWare appliance).
This project requires someone good with Linux as getting the CUDA portion to work in Ubuntu is not straight forward.
The VirtualBox applicance should have the following applications installed and tested: R and RStudio Server with gputools installed and working (example test below). I will also require documentation (command line instructions for how the configuration was done).
My test configuration is a ASUS M5 A99X EVO motherboard (AMD FX 8350) with a GeForce GTX 260 card. If you have knowledge about setting the BIOS with IOMMU all the better.
Also, the following cards are on my other test systems - Telsa C2075/ Tesla C1060/ GeForceGTX260/ GeForce GTX 670 - so it looks like the current Nivida Linux 64bit driver: 319.23 will support them.

To test that it works, it should simply be executing these commands in RStudio (to find the GPU)
require(gputools)
chooseGpu()
getGpuId()
Hello i have good experience in working on virtualization platform's like VMware, xen, RHEV and also
i used virtual box
