Asterisk IVR needed - auto dialer

IVR Project.- OPEN TO ANY RECOMMENDATION auto caller using E1 trunk. From a DB we have a list of telephone numbers they want us to call and tells us what time to start the calls. 1- The system calls each number and when the phone picks up we play the main wav file After we have called all the numbers up to 3 times (tries) we send a report saying what number we called and if they received (Pressed 1) to listen to message. we should be able to change easily the message every 2-3 days we would like to control file the following into a simple admin web page: 1- Time to start calling 09:00 or 17:00 2- Time to Stop calling 23:00 4- Times to tries 3 5- How long until retry 30 min 6- Max calls at one time 25-100 8- Name of intro file [login to view URL] 9- Name of message file [login to view URL] 10- Phone number(s) to call
