We have outsourced sales activity to a sales agency in USA. We have signed agreements but the contact person has been manipulating the agreement due to a lot of ambiguous terms. There are terms which bind the agency to pay back the amount if they don't meet said milestones. And they haven't met those milestones. They haven't refunded the money either and going via payment agency is not of help.
Looking for experienced professionals who can help us get our money back or take suitable action against the defaulting firm.
