Survey entrepreneurs and their employees

I need help interviewing entrepreneurs for my academic study. I would like someone to help me by contacting entrepreneurs in the U.S. who are willing to complete a 20 minute academic survey and are also willing to ask one of their employees to complete a 20 minute academic survey. The entrepreneurs need to be business founders who are still in-charge of their business. The business needs to be 2+ years old. It needs to have 3+ employees, and the employee who answers the survey needs to have been with the business for at least 12 months. The study is still being finalized, and I might revise some of the details once the study is finalized. Both the surveys will be online, and I will share the links with the freelancers. The freelancers will be paid per completed dyad (i.e. the entrepreneur and one of his/her employee). I need 200 to 250 completed dyads. Please let me know if you have done something similar in the past. Also, please let me know how much will you charge per dyad and how long will it take you to provide 250 dyads. If you can only provide fewer dyads then please let me know that as well, as I can then divide the job among multiple bidders. Thank you very much for your time and quotes.
