The network adjusts payout per lead at the end of the day based on the quality of the leads. If the traffic is of low quality the payouts are low and the more targeted the traffic the higher the payouts. Please ensure no fake traffic is generated as it will be detected by the CPA network and my account will be banned. Please provide how you will track each offer you will be promoting and how you will generate the leads. The reason that I do this is if I pay you up front for the leads and the affiliate company tells me that my leads are garbage then I will lose out on all of the money. But if everything is OK and my affiliate company send my payment, then I Immediately send you the money via Freelancer. If everything is OK, you can be hired full time to generate more leads.
