A valid lead is someone that want to buy or is willing to discuss in buying. The leads will also have to meet the following criteria below.
-Organization has a capital > 200K
-Organization has interest in e-Learning
-A key contact person has to be provided to us to contact and he must be willing to discuss his e-Learning initatives
