Job Description
We are currently looking for a sales prospector who is self-motivated, goal oriented, and dependable. You must be able to work independently and have excellent telephone and written communication skills. Attention to detail is a must.
This position will be responsible for calling a segment of Southern California businesses during US based working hours. The purpose of the call is to determine if the business owners have interest in setting up a meeting with our investment closer. We provide tax reduction/ strategies to help lower or eliminate their tax obligation through annuities. You will need to have access to a computer, internet, a Skype account, and your own phone access. The candidate must have a pleasant phone presence and able to record accurate data entry reporting results in a spreadsheet.
- You will determine the owner/decision maker and start with a 10-20 second introduction (we will provide a script) and then see if they would be willing to set up a meeting.
- You will receive a small base hourly rate you suggest. The higher the base rate, the lower the probability of being selected as we will have doubts about your abilities to be effective. We will pay $50+ dollar bonus on any leads that we close and result in a signed agreement. We expect that you will be able to make 40 calls per hour but speed isn't the goal or measure - BUSINESS RESULTS ARE!
- We are looking for someone who will view each lead as a potential opportunity, listen well, be creative in how you approach the conversation and report information accurately so we can follow up. A candidate will not be successful if they just want to get through the list as quickly as possible regardless of results.

- Professional upbeat telephone voice, strong probing skills, persistence
- Able to engage management decision makers and influencers at any level
- Able to Confirm Appointment within 24 hours of the Appointment
- Proven track record in cold calling, sales prospecting and appointment setting
- Previous experience in B2B sales, lead generation, account management, Outbound Sales Calling
- Good listening skills
- Have your own high quality phone solution which will not require our business to pay any phone expense.
- You must be available during US business hours up to 10+ hours per week
- Honesty is a MUST
