Find me some Leads

I would like someone to help identify leads, and start the initial phase of introduction to these leads so that I am only involved when an opportunity looks warmer. I have a database of 300+ clients which needs gentle consultative selling to, and also I need this person to also look to identify new lead options - all data needs to be entered and tracked into the database. I have a soft phone for all calls to be used via VOIP. This person needs to have a clear well spoken voice, with full command of the english language both written and verbal. You will need to send emails out also, so it is essential that you have a sales background, ideally recruitment sales. This work could be done 2-3 hours per day, or over a 2-3 week period.
