i need to find leads of western expats in the UAE I would like an excel spread sheat made up of a data base including first name surname company mobile number business number nationality city they are working in For all westerners for example from the UK, ireland, scotland, europe, canada, australia, new zealand etc etc. basically all nationalities except americans, arab, indian, filipino and locals to the UAE.. I need a data base of a minimum of a thousand names will pay $40 for every 1000 names with the right criteria as stated above
